I tried baking a tart

Well, the internet really is pretty helpful with things like instructional vids and stuff (retards' guide to baking).
I barged into one of the sites and it made me really hungry. So, I had a go at it.
PHOTODUMP!

In goes the egg, some flour, margarine, and some LOVE! yeah hippie high!

Make two parts, one for the base, the other for the top.

I can't find a mold T_T

So I settled for a leche flan mold-ish. Since I don't know what to call it. I sprinkled some sugar along with the filling because I have a sweet tooth and I'm not a diabetic.

Make holes on top so that steam has somewhere to escape through. (else your bread be like the aquadome of atlantis. I remembered dissecting a frog while doing this. It made me smile. wtfudge?) I also sprinkled sugar on top of it because of the same reasons mentioned above.

And after some minutes of waiting for the 'thing' to cook. (I really don't know what to call it.)

Forgot to mix sugar and salt with the dough... so the bread tastes like ~meh-okay. But the filling's Dora Delicioso XD

  1. Not fond of tarts but it's good to know a few different recipes. :) Thanks for sharing.

Thought you made it in a cupcake pan? Isn't that a leche flan mold?
