I RAN OUT OF TOMATOES!

[Here's another episode of Eccentriclittlekid's KITCHEN ANTHOLOGIES! blargh whatever.]

Dilemma: I ran out of tomatoes... only one tomato was left in the veggie rack.
Main Problem: I'm hungry for "good" food.
Solution: Ransack the kitchen for supplies and make something out of it. XD

And here are the ingredients I found.
Chicken meat, butter, my very own recipe of fermented chilies, cloves of GARlic, tomato, PO-TA-TO, and milk. (not much)
Other ingredients be Nestle's cream, sugar, ground pepper, an oregano leaf from the garden, spaghetti, oil, salt, and blood of all those who dared defy.

And what do you do next after getting all your ingredients? You effin' cook it... no... You think of what you can make out of it. Aaaand someone suggested CURRY... but I can't find the curry powder. So... Pasta! Steamed POTATOES! and Fried Chicken!

1. Boil some water and cook your pasta! (You probably know by now how much pasta you can eat, I'll leave the measuring to you.)

2. Mince garlic... Dice potato. Notice I leave the potato's skin on... because that's how I roll. (I clean it though)

3. Steam your diced potato! I got my steamer and placed the steamer on top of my boiling pasta water so that I won't have to get me another set.

4. Boil Yer TOMATO for 10 secs, Chop it, skin it, and dice. (If you want to remove the seeds, do so.)

5. Get pan. Put oil in. Heat it.

6. Saute GARlic until brown-ish

7. Make the pasta sauce: Heat the milk, cream, chili, a teaspoon of sugar, pepper, salt, and tomato. (You must stir this every once in a while)

8. While pasta is boiling with potatoes steamed on it, and your milk is cooking, prepare the poultry.
Salt and pepper!

9. Now fry those chicks... on another pan.

After a while, your milk mixture will look like this.

10. Mash the tomato and it will eventually reduce into something like this. (It's like gravy I tell you.)

11. Run to your garden and pick a fresh leaf of oregano. Mince it and sprinkle it later on your plate.

12. Now PLATE!
13. Take a photo, apply instagram filters, and post it online... Make your friends drool.

14. Eat your masterpiece

Okay... you're a Filipino... and you're probably not used to seeing your spaghetti sauce to be pale and yellowish. Just add more tomatoes and you're good. ^_^ V,, And that would be tastier!
