Well, what else do you expect me to post here?

Last June 17, we were invited over at Toycon to play a set of three. Not that memorable though... But we did get to meet people... and that's what matters. ^_^

I received an invite from miss Ren to participate in a studio shoot (CitruSnap Makati)... Dafuq? I don't even know how to work in studios! XD It was my first time... really. (Got so used to working in broad daylight.) There were so many strobes! *heaven* But ~meh, I still was a low-key lighting guy. I met new people: photographers, set assistants, cosplayers, con-goers, and whoever was there. It was fun ^_^ V,,

What I learned in studio shoots:

1. Le manual focus 50mm was somewhat somehow inefficient.

2. The strobes are usually set-up as optical slaves, one of which is triggered via RF or IR.

3. Use yer knowledge of hair lighting when backdrop is black and hair is black.

4. THERE'S TOO MUCH LIGHT!!! XD

Okay... so I swore never to do a wedding coverage ever again because the effort versus the pay is not much. But... the middleman "made me an offer I can't refuse." HAHAHA! XD

Thanks to the people behind this shoot, and to the school people (Macario B. Asistio Sr. High School *did I get that right?*) for letting us conduct the shoot.

This was the first time I used a manual 50mm f1.8... so... f*ck focus. XD

And the BTS...

Pauline's afraid of height... we were 4 storeys high. 8D
